An outstanding healthcare facility in Central Washington is actively interviewing for their next Healthcare Financial / Revenue Cycle Manager.

This modern healthcare facility has been an integral part of the community, providing multiple locations to their patients, helping lead the way in a rapidly changing industry.

They’re looking for their next Healthcare Financial / Revenue Cycle Manager to exemplify excellent customer service through his/her attitude and actions, consistent with the standards this hospital has become known for.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle, the Healthcare Financial / Revenue Cycle Manager will lead a team of accountants, financial analysts, patient service representatives, and the accounts receivables department to ensure organizational integrity and regulatory standards are maintained in all Revenue Cycle policies, procedures, and processes.

Furthermore, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager will collaborate with department leaders to help improve patient registration, insurance verification, collection of co-pays and other Revenue Cycle Functions.

The Healthcare Financial / Revenue Cycle Manager will provide a professional and positive representation to they’re team by providing proactive work environment, emphasizing respect for individuals, high standards of quality, customer service, innovation, and teamwork.

The Revenue Cycle Associate will consult with the IT staff, utilizing EPIC system to identify system issues, implementing the month end close, and training personnel on system procedures.

The Healthcare Financial / Revenue Cycle Manager will actively implement Revenue Cycle processes, including Patient Access, charge master description, revenue cycle reporting, charge capture process, denial management and related functions through quality data, policies, and efficient procedures.

The Healthcare Associate will work with insurance companies to further understand new insurance policies, healthcare plans and new providers to maintain consistent cash flow.
