Guardian Savings Bank: Closing Coordinator

Guardian Savings Bank is looking for a highly motivated professional with mortgage processing experience to work in our funding department as a Closing Coordinator.

In this role, you will:Perform routine clerical or job data entry functions within mortgage operations or servicing departments, including by not limited to sorting and filing correspondence, loan documents and other records; Retrieve archived files; Process paperwork, gather and verify data, answer incoming telephone calls, and respond to customer inquiries; Act as a liaison for borrowers, assisting with questions/concerns throughout process; Monitor and respond to emails and voicemail in a timely manner; Prioritize effectively to meet shifting deadlines and time-sensitive requests; Demonstrate excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including scheduling and follow-up; Assist or complete other projects and duties as assigned.If you have a passion for helping others, great communication skills, a positive attitude, a competitive spirit and a desire to be part of a growing team, we would love to hear from you.SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma, required; Associates degree in related field preferred.General knowledge of the mortgage industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient with computers and office equipment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently with excellent multitasking skills.
