​​Overview of the GL Accountant role:

• Preparing sales taxes, researching any outstanding taxes
• Preparing and reviewing bank reconciliations
• Gather all audit documents
• Month end close process
• Preparing and potential reviewing financial statements
• Researching discrepancies
• Assisting with Ad Hoc projects

What are the requirements for the GL Accountant?

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance
• 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience
• Good communicator
• Proficient in Excel
• Yardi a must!
• Ability to work independently
