This Full Charge Bookkeeper / Controller position comes with great benefits!

As the Full Charge Bookkeeper / Controller you will be responsible for

• Is responsible for all accounting policies and procedures

• Oversees and manages an accounting/human resources assistant.

• Maintains government reporting regulations

• Prepares timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including 

Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and cash management, including the processing of payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Creates ageing report and percentage completes

• Coordinates external audits.

• Oversees the administration of the benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurance, 401k plans, PTO, sick leave, leave of absence

Job Requirements:

Full Charge Bookkeeper / Controller Requirements:

• CMIC Software preferred
• Over and Under Construction Billing
• Commercial construction experience with general or sub-contractors
• Job Cost
• Full charge accounting including preparing financials
