3-6 months)nn nn Education, Training and Experience nn nnOne (1) year in a customer service or related field and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.nn nn Essential Duties nn nnResponsible for performing various clerical duties relating to the banking operations function.
Complies with operating policies and procedures established for the banking operations function.
Communicates with appropriate personnel.
Responds to inquiries or requests for information.
Maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
Strive for accuracy at all times.
Remain flexible and complete all required assigned training by due date.
nn nnPerforms various clerical duties relating to the banking operations function as illustrated by the following:nn Provides quality control on wires, verifying all information is correctly entered.
Processes Q2 enrollments, additions and deletions.
Accurately performs automated teller machine (ATM) Balancing.
Process various reports, quality control business resolutions, linked account agreements and death notices Orders debit cards per customer request, process rush orders as needed and review card reports.
Performs clerical duties such as electronic filing and data input.
Processes various bank transactions, posts them to the general ledger and balances all activity.
Responds to inquiries or requests for information within acceptable timeframes Maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
Performs various operations functions requiring computer skills consistent with position requirements including Introductory Excel Skills.
Retrieve, Reply and Send emails within acceptable timeframes.
Maintain email inbox without exceeding Corporate Required Storage Limit.
Maintain Electronic Personal Calendar with updated scheduled time off.
Respond to Electronic Meeting Requests Received.
Must remain flexible during times in which additional work is required and be willing to work until the last files are sent (approximately 7:30-8:00 pm).
