nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn Overview: nn nnThe Sr.
Financial Analyst position will be part of the Finance group for First National Technology Solutions supporting the Company in all aspects of the accounting, business planning and financial reporting and analysis.
The position will provide direct accounting oversight of the accounting duties that include billing, receivables and collections, payables and month-end accruals.
The role will provide financial analysis that includes developing annual budgets, financial forecasts, monthly variance analysis and reporting.
In addition, this role will be involved in costing and product pricing, as well as asset management for the technology and maintenance contracts of the organization.nn nn nn nn Key Accountabilities: nn Oversee and supervise accounting roles.
Coordinate the process and complete related analysis to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Generate reports, interpret, analyze and communicate monthly business unit performance for senior management.
Prepare, analyze, and support key business initiatives, including new product and customer pricing.
Develop, maintain and complete analysis of relevant metrics and benchmarking for key profitability measures of FNTS.
Coordinate and be the key finance point of contact for audits and state taxes matters.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Manage a small team of finance and administrative staff.

nn nn nn Job Requirements / Basic Qualifications nn nn nn nnThe ideal candidate should have demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis as well as:nn Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

– 5 years of progressive accounting, budgeting, forecasting and accounting experience.
Demonstrated ongoing application of Generally Accepted Accountable Principles.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase and PeopleSoft software products.
nn nn nn Additional Qualifications nn nn nn Willingness to work additional hours when workflow demands are high.
MBA or CPA preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Management experience preferred, but not required.
