Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have base qualifications that with training and experience results in them becoming a technically proficient Property Valuation Specialist.

They will be responsible for providing support to FM Global personnel and clients for low to medium exposure occupancies.

Support can be in the form of completing replacement cost new evaluations of insured locations.

This is via office estimates to actual field visits or quality control audits of work completed by third party Valuation Service Providers.

Property Valuation tools and guides are developed and maintained for use in these activities.

As well as, to enable field and operations personnel to determine the accuracy of client reported property values.

Routine property valuation questions and support is provided to internal and external clients.
