Responsibilities
- Provides direct service to customers of the bank with respect to deposit, loan, trust, and other miscellaneous products and services.
- Solicits new business from present and prospective customers.
- Maintains ongoing business relationships with present customers in order to take advantage of additional cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services in order to ascertain customer needs and to sell in conjunction with these needs.
- Assists customer in obtaining specialized services from other bank departments as necessary; provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems.
- Performs all the responsibilities of a Teller as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Strong customer service/sales experience.
- Notary certification or willingness to obtain as requested.
Location:
Canandaigua National Bank & Trust has 24 branch locations in the Rochester/Finger Lakes region, with number 25 opening Summer 2021.
This opportunity is for our Ontario County region and candidates will rotate between seven branches on a week to week basis.
