Financial Reporting Senior (SPAC)
Compensation: $60/hour and up
Location: Remote
Duration: Immediate Start (3-4 month projects)
We have multiple projects for clients seeking assistance with IPO Readiness/SPAC projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with at least one of the following:
- SEC Reporting experience
- Public Accounting experience/External Audit/Audit Readiness
- IPO/SPAC experience
