The Financial Reporting Principal Accountant will interpret and evaluate new accounting guidance for SEC reporting impacts.

After interpretation and evaluation, this person will draft new SEC disclosures to ensure the Company’s financial statements are in accordance with US GAAP, as well as SEC reporting requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry Public accounting experience and CPA (active or inactive) required Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting requirements Strong communication skills and executive presence Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead through change management
