FP&A Manager
QUAD is currently seeking a FP&A Manager for a client located in Wilmington, DE.
Hybrid work environment.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing forecast and budget, management reporting (both internal and external), strategic initiatives development and management, and fostering collaboration with internal departments.
Responsibilities:
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for:
Managing budget and forecast processes, including financial statement preparation, technology management, timelines and deadlines, etc.
Overseeing strategic plan analysis
Coordinating reporting activities
Supporting ad hoc needs including modeling, analysis, and reporting
Developing and implementing Strategic Planning process
Supporting due diligence, integration, reporting, and other acquisition activities
Analyzing performance and projections
Skills/Competencies:
The ideal FP&A Manager will possess these skills:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
7+ years of financial modeling/analysis experience, including some within a large company environment; financial services or services industry highly preferred
Knowledge of budget and forecast management, cash flow, financial modeling, P&L, and other FP&A activities
Experience with BI analytical tools
Financial systems management and utilization experience
Strong project management abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency
