Financial Operations Specialist AR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Financial Operations Specialist AR in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). Responsibilities include:
- Post cash for ACH, EFT, Lockbox, Other Manual Reports, and Credit Card Receipts
- Reviews unapplied payment report daily and applies unapplied payments
- Process ACH and Credit Card Payment Transactions
- Review aging reports and perform collections activities to resolve past due accounts
- Initiate processing of customer invoices daily and monthly statements
- Works/Updates general mailbox inquiries, Salesforce cases and calls as received
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting, or a High School diploma (or equivalent) required in addition to 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Basic Accounting Skills; Previous AR/Collections exp required
- Must be organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and changing environment
- Intermediate Excel Skills required
- Previous sales tax experience would be a plus
- Navision ERP system exp preferred
