MSC provides the National Science Foundation with accounting and financial management support. MSC supports financial systems, accounting operations, and G-Invoicing (MSC is assisting with NSF’s G-Invoicing implementation). We have a need to support the NSF’s G-Invoicing efforts. Our G-Invoicing team is working with NSF to implement the new treasury mandated G-Invoicing system to be used for all inter-agency governmental agreements. There are many parts of this workstream that include, but are not limited to, Data Management, Data Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management. While the team is small and many responsibilities are shared, we are currently looking for a resource who loves to solve problems and to help fill in gaps specifically surrounding our Project and Change Management responsibilities within the engagement. The successful candidate for this position will provide knowledge and applied experience with managing large scale projects with different stakeholders. Explicit experience with managing federal financial technology implementation or enterprise-wide technology a plus. Attention to detail and organizational skills required. The candidate should be able to prioritize multiple tasks while staying on top of timelines for upcoming deliverables (even when MSC is not the deliverable point of contact). Working overtime and weekends may be needed during times when deadlines overlap. Specific requirements include knowledge in several of the following areas: * Experience with Project Management * Experience with Change Management * Experienced working with Federal Financial Systems * Familiarity with Federal standards and guidance. * Experience analyzing, cleansing, and visualizing data. * Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills. * Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts/tables) * Oracle Federal Financials experience is preferred, or other federal ERP systems (e.g. Momentum, SAP, etc.) * Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred * Experience with federal grants or awards data is a plus
