Ref ID: 02000-0011783740Classification: Business Intelligence (BI) AnalystCompensation: $100000.00 to $110000.00 yearlyThe Analyst position will configure, test, and assist in the implementation and post production support of financial aspects of Oracle / Hyperion based financial software solutions. This position will have an in-depth understanding of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application configuration options, processes, and data flow. Requires the ability to assess current business practices and develop solutions to implement best practices for business functions related to enterprise financial systems. Typical duties also include acting as a liaison to various other internal departments, monitoring critical business activities, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Primary Duties:Act as a liaison between application users and technical team to address issues and recommend solutions. Provide functional support of the production ERP application by working directly with end users.Technical implementation and ongoing support of consolidation, elimination, planning forms and planning business rulesTechnical implementation of close management procedures and processesStrong functional background of Budgeting and Planning processesCreate and execute test plans, evaluate results, and document new features for system enhancements and periodic software patches.Skilled in development / maintenance of Essbase calculation scripting, data loading, optimization, automation and backup/restorePerform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or Information TechnologyMBA or advanced degree / certification preferred4+ years experience with Oracle / Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management .Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong time management skillsRobert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
