Eversys SA is looking for a Financial and Operations Controller for North America.
This person will lead the region’s accounting function and drive the strategic transformation of operations across multiple areas of the business.

As the Financial and Operations Controller for North America, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director, lead the U.S.
accounting team, and work with the Finance team in Switzerland.
The role is based at the Americas headquarters off Northern Boulevard in Long Island City.
Working four days onsite at the office each week is required.
The Compensation Guidelines for this role are: $120,000
– $140,000 base salary commensurate with experience.
$10,000 personal bonus potential based on very achievable KPIs.
$30,000-$40,000 company bonus projection based on realistic gross profit goals.
You will impact Eversys achieving its gross profit goals, and this compensation component is uncapped.
The U.S.
accounts for 40% of Everysys’s global revenue, and top-line sales more than doubled in 2021, so the team is very excited about 2022 and beyond.

Areas of responsibility: Lead the accounting function for the North America region Guide amazing colleagues through the journey of a rapidly scaling, high-growth business Supervise a small team of accounting and administrative professionals based in NYC Advise the company’s finance leadership based in headquarters based in Switzerland Take a fresh look at North America’s operations today, and assess it from the standpoint of finding better, faster, and cheaper ways of doing business.
Define and strategize plans around opportunities to improve financial matters (where and how money is spent) and other operational matters (when and how things get done).
Being as hands-on as needed, drive and complete initiatives that produce improvements Rally the team and boost morale while leading the adoption of processes and procedures Create and implement order management processes that remove production bottlenecks Champion the reduction of shrinkage, write-offs, and the overall cost of doing business Establish and maintain the appropriate level of controls across all areas of the business Continuously assess and re-assess all of the above as the business scales up Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance 5 or more years of experience performing a similar role Readiness to commute to Long Island City at least 4 days per week
