As a Financial Analyst, you will assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial reports, assist in corporate cash management activities, and assist in the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.

Additionally the analyst will assist with M&A analysis and integration, along with reviewing market opportunities that support recommendations for solutions based on historical data.

Successful candidates will collect and analyze financial data with a high degree of complexity and produce financial reports for the purpose of supporting management in driving revenues, reducing costs, and increasing liquidity.

Assures underlying data being used is accurate at all times.

What You?ll Do?

Financial reporting: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is completed accurately and timely with proper elimination and consolidation entries Assist in developing and maintaining systems used for financial reporting Assist in providing support for financial statement audit and tax requests Corporate cash management: Provide analysis and support to ensure cash management and liquidity goals are met Annual budget and monthly forecasting: Provide analysis and support for the annual budget and monthly forecast Ensure budget and forecast reporting is completed accurately and timely Mergers and acquisitions: Provide data analysis related to merger and acquisition activity Assist with integration of newly acquired companies Pricing and business analytics: Review market trends and opportunities for sale of services, cleaning fluids, equipment and related products Analyze territory labor utilization; provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and utilize forecast models to analyze the business and recommend opportunities Review information within systems and compare against historical data and forecasted sales Identify variances, and suggest corrective action Perform root cause analysis for lost revenue Evaluate sales discounts and margins; provide suggestions for improvement Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop presentation content for use in customer meetings Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time What You Need?

Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum of 2 years of financial reporting, financial analyst, or related experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office and PowerPoint and Google Workspace Hands on experience with Statistical Analysis Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis Grow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility and opportunities for advancement.
