In this Financial Analyst position you will work to support fringe, forecast, and metric analysis, engage in HR processes, internal controls and improvements for cost saving measures. You will also provide financial guidance for negotiating HR contracts and renewals, benefit rate setting, team equity plans, as well as conducting annual audits on insurance, workers compensation, HR premiums and billing.
