Financial Analyst
Successful and forward-thinking media company has an immediate opening for a full-time Financial Analyst in their corporate office. This organization is one of the fastest growing organizations in their industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior executives and partner up with them on a daily basis. Due to a recent resignation, the selected candidate will work alongside the organization’s 4 person team and report directly to the VP of Finance in their Westport, CT office.

Key job responsibilities are:
- Financial planning and analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Evaluate operational expenses, margin analysis, and company performance metrics
- Help identify revenue trends
- Prepare internal reports for management
- Assist with analysis and reporting from multiple sources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Self-starter, knows how to work independently but as questions where-needed
- Heavy Excel proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with all levels
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving; ability to dig in to problems and drive resolutions
