We are seeking a mid level Financial Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our Woodbury, MN operations center to handle financial analyst projects.nn nn n nn nnResponsibilities:nn Collaborate and coordinate on budgets, forecasts, month end reporting, and ad hoc analysis that will support management decision making throughout the organization.

Provide analytical support to senior members of the team on profit and loss modeling and provide extensive data consolidation across multiple systems.

Provide production reports on daily basis for current inventory, sales trends, and trends in revenue streams.

Work collaboratively with other functional areas to assist with enhancing business processes, internal controls and reporting.

Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensures all information in reporting packages is accurately represented to management and staff.

Provide analytics on a wide variety of assignments, including cash flow modeling, risk analysis, asset valuation, and agent performance statistics.

Provide month end financial reporting for all Carrington companies.

Identify process improvement opportunities while delivering timely and zero-defect analyses and reports with minimal support.

Support the development of presentations for senior leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned.

nn n nn nnQualifications:nn Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.

two to four years’ experience financial analysis in mortgage, finance or real estate related industry.

Financial modeling experience helpful.
