If the answer is yes to one or all of these questions, you should keep reading!We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will support the operational needs, analysis and administration of the global sales incentive compensation plans. This role administers and calculates the compensation payouts, creates performance reporting and analysis. The Financial Analyst will be proactive in building relationships with internal sales colleagues, sales management and corporate customers, providing assistance as required.

Responsibilities – Financial Analyst:

  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales colleague performance and compensation analytics
  • Provide critical support to the global incentive compensation process by working cross-functionally with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal and Payroll
  • Perform monthly commission analysis and calculate financial accruals
  • Contribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data
  • Work with the Sales Compensation Systems Administrator to develop sales colleagues performance reports, build incentive statements and other dashboards as well as respond to ad hoc requests

Preferred Qualifications – Financial Analyst:

  • 2+ years of accounting/finance or related experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills, experience working with large data sets
  • Sales compensation experience
  • Analytic skills with an interest in identifying and fixing problems, process improvement
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with attention to timelines
  • Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP Business Intelligence and sales incentive compensation system
