Financial Analyst

Ascendo Resources is actively seeking a Financial Analyst for an established and growing professional services company in the Charlotte area This is a long-term contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate would have 5 years of Financial Analyst experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities include: Forecasting and budgeting Monthly, internal, external and ad hoc reporting Variance analysis Develop financial templates and models Identify and report on key metrics Monitor compliance and controls Presenting to various stake holders Ad-hoc and special projects as needed Background required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline 5 years of relevant experience Advanced Excel Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization SQL experience a plus
