Financial Analyst

Description Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst role with a manufacturing company headquartered in Nevada.

The role is focused in traditional financial planning an analysis duties
– budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, working with operations in multiple states to support their General Managers and Sales Managers with information to help them run a more profitable operation.

Financial modeling decision support, cost analysis, in addition to assisting with month/year end close, account reconciliation and financial reporting are all important aspects to how this person will contribute to the team.

This is a five day per week in the office role.

They have beautiful new office space completed last year.

The person in this role will be a part of an energetic and motivated group of accounting and finance professionals that are excited about taking the company to the next level.

Requirements
– Distinguished presentation skills
– Extremely efficient with financial reporting tools
– Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
– 3+ years experience with financial analysis, planning and budget controls required
– Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
– Account reconciliation experience
– Intermediate proficiency in variance analysis, and Budgeting/forecasting experience preferred
