Financial Analysis Senior Advisor

Its exciting, its rewarding, and it offers career and personal growth.We are currently seeking a qualified individual to provide financial and operational support for our Identity and Access Management software business unit.The controllership finance team at Quest is responsible for providing direct financial support to the general managers and BU leadership teams across all functions.

Finance team members lead and participate in the long-range planning and annual budgeting process, as well as reporting and data analysis efforts to provide insights to your business partners.

Team members engage in a multitude of projects for the business including cost optimization efforts, process improvements, systems implementations, and acquisitions & divestitures.

Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Finance, this role is highly visible and will interact frequently with Quest senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities: -Assisting in financial planning process to set accurate annual revenue and expense targets for the business-Collaborate with cross functional groups (sales, marketing, R) to set budgets, track spend, and align with annual plans-Along with FP, participate in the quarterly close and monthly forecast processes-Produce KPI dashboards for the business-Partner with sales operations to prepare monthly business outlooks-Create financial models & provide ad-hoc financial analysis-Lead analysis of business performance drivers and business case initiatives-Manage, participate in, or directly work on any additional projects, assignments, or initiatives assigned by management Qualifications: -Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field-2 years of experience in the corporate finance field and/or software industry-Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and financial modeling skills-Great team player and work ethic-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Comfort with data and ambiguity, and an ability to delve into details and adapt priorities on the fly-Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company, particularly executive sales managementPreferences-Advanced degree or MBACompany Description:At Quest, we create and manage the software that makes the benefits of new technology real.
