Finance brings together enterprise functions that drive Wells Fargo’s financial management, including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, line of business finance, asset-liability management, treasury, tax management, and the company’s investment portfolios.

They also inform shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, employees, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines.

Technology Finance is seeking an experienced, highly skilled professional to lead the Resource Forecasting Process to enable our Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking Technology investment portfolios.

The Technology Finance team is accountable for the strategic planning, forecasting and loading resource information relevant to these forecasts into various forecasting tools.

This role will partner with several Technology Business Support Leads, their respective Strategic Finance Partners, as well as other key Finance Team Leads to support the operational needs of our people, process and business systems.

The role requires strong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills.

A key differentiator will be the ability to think strategically, and understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment.

The role will provide positive impact on our workforce forecasting disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with leading matrixed teams, resource and capacity planning, building and developing business partner relationships, strong written/oral communication and influencing skills, and process design and improvement.

Reporting into the Resource Management Finance Manager for Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking Technology, the Senior Finance Consultant / Forecasting Lead will lead a matrixed team to execute monthly resource forecasting processes, to include employee, contractor, statement of work, and offshore labor, as well as other third party vendor costs required to deliver Change the Bank and Run the Bank initiatives across several technology organizations.

These efforts include leading a matrixed team to identify required resource allocations with technology partners, loading data into various forecasting tools, summary reporting, deep dive analysis, budget and resource reconciliation, and regular reviews.

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000 Max: $156,000
