Candidates must have Automotive F&I Manager experience, a proven track record of high performance, outstanding customer service skills, menu selling skills and Dealertrack DMS experience.
Job Description Assist the Sales Managers in structuring car deals to maximize profit.
Assist the Sales Managers in presentation of finance products during the negotiation process.
Assist the Sales Managers in closing of car deals.
Work with lenders to get financing approved.
Use Dealertrack Docu Pad for finance product presentations and electronic signing of most documents.
Complete all internal, financing and DMV documents accurately.
Use Route One e Contracting and CUDL Smart Fund to ensure fast funding of contracts.
Follow up on all finance and lease agreements executed to insure quick funding.
Requirements Maintain a high customer satisfaction index (CSI) Self-motivated and high-energy personality Strong attention to details and works well in a process driven environment Previous experience in Finance Department Previous experience with Dealertrack DMS Previous experience with eContracting.
Understanding and compliance with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle finance department.
Pay Plan Benefits Commission based pay plan based on products sold per deal with no cap.
Option to sell vehicles and finance products.
