Here, you will make an impact by:* Providing overall finance guidance and insights for one or more business groups, functions or divisions* Guiding short and long-term financial planning processes* Performing financial analysis, identifying actions and catalyzing decision making to meet financial and operating targets* Participating in operating committees and strategic forumsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution* Five (5) years of experience working in finance/accounting in a private, public, government or military environment* Two (2) years of leadership experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* MBA or graduate degree in Finance from an accredited institution* Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained to qualify for professional certification in finance/accounting* Experience leading others and contributing on cross-functional teamsTravel: May include up to 10%domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S.
