Finance Manager – Automation and Continuous Improvement

Identify, capture and design automation business process sustainable solutions Liaise with the key IT functions for proposed automation solutions Manage projects timely and efficiently Develop/configure RPA deliverables, BI, WinShuttle and any other ad-hoc reporting solutions as part of the automated solutions Test, document and train end-users on new automated solutions for maintainability and sustainability Administer and manage the operational RPA environments (production and non-production environments) to ensure sustainability and controls Enable RPA “building blocks” for re-use across NASS by leveraging collaboration tools and meetings Sustain and troubleshoot various issues arising from automation solutions across projects Inform, engage and efficiently support stakeholders across NSS Oversee and support the enablement of contractors/consultants driving automation initiatives Coach and develop team members and serve as a mentor across peer group to further develop transformation/ automation/ analytics capabilities Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer or Data Science, Accounting, Finance, IT or another relevant Business area.

Masters degree in Business Analytics is a plus 5-7 years of experience in IT or Finance project management roles 3-5 years of leading initiatives in a Shared Services environment 2 years of managing controls and governance 2 years of experience working with contractors and third parties to deliver results Financial business process knowledge with a proven track record of driving change and improving business processes Technically proficient in RPA oversight and governance, specifically in managing RPA self-service environments (e.g., migration, orchestrator administration/governance, etc.) Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and levels to drive change adoption Proven successful deployments of Analytics (SAP BW), RPA and database management solutions Strong project management skills to deliver timely and prioritized automated solutions Proven experience in driving operational controls, governance compliance and risk assessments
