The Middletown Township Finance Department is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who is looking to work in an active, fast-paced organization with the opportunity to grow. Under the direction of the Accountant, this position will be responsible for handling all public inquiries at the lobby window, in-person and by telephone, performing data entry and office support work; and assisting in the review, preparation, distribution, and processing of invoices.
Successful candidate must possess one (1) year of general office and/or accounts receivable experience; experience in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; good organizational, administrative, and computer skills; ability to work as a team player. This position is part of the Teamster’s Union.
