– Execution Services, you will analyze, challenge and communicate performance ensuring targets are met, remain on track and enable performance issues to be aired, escalated and resolved at the earliest opportunity.

Your role will include responsibilities across the performance reporting, financial forecasts, and account oversight.

• Providing performance commentaries and driving improvements in integrity and quality of financial and non-financial management reportingn
• Providing financial modelling support for the planning and forecasting of new initiativesn
• Ensuring financial controls are applied consistently across areasn
• Maintaining adherence to group policies: cost center management, attestations, company expenditure and purchasingn
• Managing cost forecasts and keeping track of risks and opportunitiesn
• Supporting the Medium Term Plan and Budget process n
• Being a key contributor to the identification, opportunity creation and evaluation of the broader strategic process n n n What we’re looking for: n
• CPA or equivalent years of experience n
• Broad based business experience through roles where financial tools are harnessed to understand and drive business performancen
• Good general knowledge of financial servicesn n n Skills that will help you in the role: n
• Good knowledge of Group accounting systems and other systems / databasesn
• Knowledge of retail banking products and related financial issuesn
• Financial experience in the operational departments of a businessn n n Where will you be working?
