We have an opportunity with a Fortune 500 client within the Wealth Management sector with a opening for a Financial Analyst!

I have a description and day to day responsibilities below:

*This role will be remote for the foreseeable future due to COVID19, but will need to be local to Minneapolis, MN*

Job Responsibilities
Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting.
Forecast analysis of key metrics, as well as other financial consulting related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.
Research moderate to complex financial data in support of management decision-making for a business.
Create and communicate various activities such as product pricing, product, and portfolio performance.
Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation.

Present recommendations for resolving all aspects of delivering key forecasting projections as well as financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting.
Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Desired Qualifications:

*Experience with Regression Testing a Huge +++*
Advanced facilitation skills to build relationships with senior team members
Ability to consult across the department to conceptualize, define and gain adoption of data integrity initiatives and ensure production of key performance metrics, dashboards or scorecards
Ability to organize, articulate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations to others
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, detail-orientation, and prioritizing skills
Monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management; communicate with department leaders the status of controls, metrics, and self-assessment results.
Intellectually curious, quick thinker / learner that thrives in a collaborative team environment
Advanced level experience with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point
May mentor, guide, and train less experienced staff within the team
