Isn’t it time for you to find that one job that propels you into a career you can enjoy for years?The Accounting Manager will oversee all financial, accounting, payroll, as well as some human resources activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, including overseeing the monthly close cycle, all general ledger activity, accounts-payable, accounts-receivable, payroll, and balance sheet control.

In addition, this role will serve as a business partner to the Vision Management team, contributing to the annual budgeting process and performing financial analysis.HVAC Service industry experience is a plus.

Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of accounting, job costing and billing processes.

This is a detail-oriented, hands-on position.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for monthly financial close in QuickBooks and including bank and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial statement accuracy.Manage all aspects of accounting; including AP, AR, and payrollMaintain inventory and other asset accountsProvide financial data and information to the General ManagerMonitor cash flow and accounts receivable aging, working with business leaders to proactively pursue overdue accounts.Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans.Compile and analyze financial reporting packages.Prepare operating budgets in coordination with the Management Team.Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures.Communicate financial metrics to GM & Management Team.Assist all other CSRs with projects and customer service-related tasks as neededServe as a back-up to the appointment setting process for the service department, sales department, and installation department.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting major preferred.Minimum 4 years accounting experience in a supervisory level accounting or financial management roleExperienced with P& Ls by department, balance sheet reconciliations, AP, AR, job costing, GL postings and control, inventory control/management.Advanced skills in MS Excel a mustAbility to work closely with management team.Qualifications desired:The skills and abilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
