This individual will join a small, fast-paced team at a growth-oriented company.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the company is able to plan for profitable growth, execute on financial plans, and make informed executive decisions backed by sound financial and strategic analysis.Working closely with departments across the company, the Senior Financial Analyst will support forecasting, reporting, accounting, and business decision support analysis.

There will also be opportunities to be involved in special projects requiring detailed financial analysis and other data-driven initiatives.Ideal candidate is an analytical self-starter energized by the idea of working in a high-growth, dynamic healthcare organization.What will you do?Provide insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that facilitate problem solving and decision making for business areasCreate monthly financial plan reviews to provide visibility on historical financials and drive decision making (as part of the monthly close process)Drive understanding of business drivers including volume, revenues, costs, operational KPIs, and net working capital trends (leveraging business intelligence platform where applicable)Participate in development of annual planning cycle and quarterly forecast updates and reviewsSupport maintenance of strategic and financial operating modelPrepare financial reporting package for internal management reporting, highlighting key business issues, variance to budget, and relevant trendsAssist in the roll-out and maintenance of financial and strategic planning software and assess current business processes and identify opportunities to automateMaintain & leverage tools and systems to ensure quick, reliable access to data and informationRequirementsWhat do you need?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fieldExperience in corporate FP& A, consulting, transaction advisory, investment banking, or related experienceFlexibility in an ambiguous and dynamic environmentStrong modeling and Excel skillsStrong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processesAbility to translate key business drivers to financial outcomes through analysis and communicate business insights from financial metrics and operational dataMust be self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines within time constraintsStrong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with people across all areas of the organizationBenefitsINSURANCE, PAID TIME OFF, & RETIREMENTFull-time employees receive Sick days, Vacation days, and Holiday Pay as well as employer-paid Medical (including a Health Savings Account with an employer contribution), Dental, and Vision insurance.
