Robert Half is working with a highly profitable division of a national manufacturing in search of a Division Controller. The position has an interim controller in place, but there is a very high urgency to fill the role on a permanent basis. The Division Controller is the top financial position for the organization’s Colorado operations and will work closely with the division president and have a dotted line reporting line to the Regional CFO (based outside of Colorado). Daily duties will include managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, and supervision of clerical staff. Our client offers a GREAT central N. Colorado location (very close proximity to the Boulder / Longmont areas), a very established business, and historically very high performing business operations.

This position will be 100% remote for now and post COVID will be hybrid remote with a very flexible work from home setup.

Job Requirements:

Requirements for the Division Controller

BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business a Must

CPA/ CPA Candidate Preferred

8+ years of progressive experience in accounting

3+ years of recent experience in a leadership / supervisory role

Experience in the sales / distribution / manufacturing industries will be most preferred.
