In this role, you are a collaborative and purpose-driven leader for the financial oversight and strategy of the company, including financial policy development and implementation, accounting and financial systems, budget planning and short-and long-term forecasting, etc.

This position requires critical thinking on complex business issues with an ability to articulate viewpoints as well as the ability to implement change and adapt quickly while executing business initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA highly preferred.
* Finance/accounting experience, preferably in a non-financial services industry, preferred.
* 8 years finance experience in a global or international company.
Must have consolidations experience.
* 3+ years in people management role, leading a team.
* Strong knowledge of forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and people skills.

* Strategy and Executive Management Experience* Demonstrate credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
* Collaborate with members of the executive team to understand the business and financial impacts of strategic initiatives, conduct impact and ROI analyses to support prioritization of strategic initiatives across key areas of the business.
* Collaborate with management team in reviewing and managing complex business agreements and contract negotiations; acts as an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts or subcontracts into which the company may enter.
* Partner with and lead cross-functional teams, to translate business strategies and objectives to financial outcomes.
* Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial projections and develop tools for management to ensure an organized and streamlined process.
* Direct and coordinate the establishment and maintenance of the annual budget process involving department Team Leads as appropriate.
