The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis has responsibility for total cash management, cash forecasting, working capital management and financial analysis. Will work under the supervision of the Vice President of Finance & Accounting.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or other highly analytics-related degree required
MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Marketing/Sales preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Previous experience in Travel and Hospitality industry a plus
Excellent communication skills
Proven work-related analytical experience
Current experience in a reservations or revenue position
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with SEAWARE a plus
Understanding of revenue management techniques and strategies
Experience:
7+ years of financial experience with at least three years in treasury or a treasury-related role
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
