Responsibilities:

The Director of Finance will lead forecasting, strategic analysis, and financial reporting for the Retail Channel of Culligan North America.

The Retail Channel consists of ZeroWater, Culligan Retail, APEC, Hydroviv, and any future acquisitions.

Businesses/brands in the Retail Channel engage in light, if any, manufacturing and sell to brick-and-mortar retailers (Target, Home Depot, Walmart), online retailers (Amazon), and direct to consumers online.

This role will report to the President of the Channel and will also work closely with the Americas CFO.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic business partner to identify and pursue opportunities for growth and performance improvement.

Specific Job Functions:

• FP&A: Lead annual budget, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reporting for the Channel
• Business partnering: Partner with the Retail Channel President and local business unit leads to drive business results (EBITDA, Free Cash Flow) and meet forecasts/plans.

  Champion the Culligan Business System.

• M&A: Lead integration of acquisitions, including certain back-office functions to Shared Services and any ERP implementations.
• Accounting excellence: Partner with Americas Controller and Corporate Accounting to ensure public company-caliber processes and rhythms are in place at each business.

  Support quarterly review and annual audit process

• Capital deployment: Develop/analyze business cases for strategic investments
• Communication: Prepare and present monthly financial summaries to executive audiences as needed
• Leadership: Manage and mentor finance staff in the channel, including local business unit resources.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience with increasing responsibility
• Retail / ecommerce experience preferred
• MBA or CPA a plus
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments is a plus
• Travel up to 10% per month
