Director, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Solutions
What you’ll do:
You are the key to….
ensuring that Cartus has the expertise and functional capability to address Global DE&I issues as a component in our suite of Consulting, Coaching, Training and broader mobile talent development solutions for clients.
An able and dynamic Coach and Consultant yourself, you are excited by the opportunity to deliver coaching where appropriate to individuals and groups within the Cartus client base, and also to consult in-depth with and sell enterprise solutions to key stakeholders.
Additionally, you bring the experience and expertise to augment our global line of intercultural coaching products to ensure they remain competitive, leading edge and relevant in design.

Industry expert having held Management/Leadership roles in Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program creation and roll-out .
Experienced leader in corporate Intercultural Training design and delivery.
Consultative, agile -a problem solver for clients and stakeholders.
Constant learner, staying on top of best in class practices in global D,E&I and Intercultural spaces.
Creative and commercially savvy in program design, fusing together elements of training and coaching curricula and guiding their delivery.
Natural people reader, recognizing and adapting to changing circumstances and global business demands.
Multi-tasker and highly organized exemplar regarding global, cross-cultural work practices.
Your responsibilities:
Represent Cartus in the Global DEI space as a thought leader and solution facilitator for clients and prospects looking to address Global DEI in workforce solutions.
Sell – often as part of a broader team -and deliver on solutions in the training, policy design, coaching and content development space.
Direct consultation with clients about their global diversity initiatives.
Deliver/contribute to presentations, key notes, webinars, around the topic of global diversity and implications for global talent mobility.
Write white papers, blogs, articles on related topics, in alignment with Cartus strategy.
Contribute to Cartus Diversity Counsel and other related organizational initiatives, as appropriate.
Deliver Cross-Cultural Coaching or Leadership Coaching as needed, especially to support DE&I initiatives at client companies.
Update our Cartus intercultural coaching products for assignments, to include appropriate global diversity content, in conjunction with existing team members.
Contribute to training to our coach network about any new content.
Lend support in recruiting and train new coaches as needed.
