We are looking to fill this position immediately so please make sure you are available if given the opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage the biweekly payrollAssist with the agency’s auditKeep up on CPS vouchers as well as submitting them on timeAssist with month-end financial reportsHelp with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliationWork with the agency on budget revisionsData EntryRequirements: CPA certifiedStrong knowledge and application of Accounting principlesFamiliarity with quick books softwareProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAttention to detailAbility to multi-taskExcellent communication skillsMajorsBusiness, Finance, Accounting, and EconomicsAs previously stated, we are looking for someone who is willing to fill this position immediately if given the opportunity.

The agency is open from 8 am until 5pm meaning the ideal candidate would be someone who is available between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
