The OpportunityDelaware North Sportservices is hiring a Cashier to join our team at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.As aCashier, you will facilitate all transactions using acceptable methods of payment of the restaurant, collaborate with dining staff, and keep track of all orders while providing excellent guest service at all times.ALL COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING THE STATUS AND NEXT STEPS OF YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL.

This position includes a$200 Hiring Bonusthat will be paid after you have worked6 stadium eventsto include the Floridavs Georgia game(you must be in good standing at the time of payment).ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen staff to keep track of all orders and monetary situations and charges.Validate methods of payment, complete transactions, and provide documentation and receipts.Scan items and ensure pricing is correct or resolve amount discrepancies; take money in the form of credit card.Clean up checkout area and keep organized; keep receipt paper and other stationary stocked.Maintain accurate tabs on every restaurant tables’ orders using the venue’s primary POS system.Answer customers’ questions and find a manager if answer doesn’t solve the issue.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.Previous credit card transactionexperience preferred.Able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.Excellent guest service skills.Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank.Who We AreAt Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
