Delaware North: Club Level Bartender, Tiaa Bank Field

The OpportunityDelaware North Sportservice is hiring Club Level Bartenders to join our team at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.

As a Club Level Bartender, you will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience at all times.ALL COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING THE STATUS AND NEXT STEPS OF YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL.

EMAILS MAY END UP IN SPAM FOLDERS.This position includes a $200 Hiring Bonus that will be paid after you have worked 6 stadium events to include the Florida vs Georgia game (you must be in good standing at the time of payment).ResponsibilitiesReceives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottledbeer or draws draught beer.Serve food and beverages to guests that are seated in the bar area.Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.Enters drink and food orders into cash register, collects payment from patrons for drinks served, and makes correct change.Completes sales and inventory reports accurately.Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies.Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock.Performs opening, closing, and side work duties, as assigned.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.At least one year of bartending experience.Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and game/event days.Experience in cash handling and credit card processing preferred.Previous experience using computerized POS system preferred.Able to interact with guests and deliver excellent guest service.Physical RequirementsAbility to remain standing for entire length of shift.Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.Ability to lift/carry 35 pounds occasionally.Bar environment noise level may be moderate to high during busy times.Able to work in all weather conditions including rain, wind, heat and cold.Who We AreAt Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
