Financial AnalystGrowth opportunity to grow your financial career from Public Accounting to Corporate Accounting in a manufacturing environment!This is a full-time, Financial Analyst position that is responsible for General Accounting, Project & Inventory Accounting, Intercompany Liaison and Processing, Internal Audit lead and Support for external and Government audits and Cost Accounting for the AP1000 program.

This includes monthly, quarterly and annual corporate and operational reporting and financial analysis for the Project team and CW Corporate.

Support for the Annual Budgeting and Strategic Planning is included in this role.

This position also includes proposal support to the Project Management & Contracts organization.This position is also responsible for Internal and External Audit Support.Department: FinanceLocation: Cheswick, PAThe Challenge:General Accounting prepares, processes and analyzes general ledger transactions, prepare month end financial reports and account reconciliationsGeneral Accounting prepares monthly customer invoicing, provide support to Contracts for Project Closeout and past due Account Receivable followProject Accounting Inventory Analysis with responsibility to adhere to corporate and compliance requirementsMonthly Quarterly and Year End Corporate Reporting RequirementsMay conduct and lead audits as well as support Internal, External and Government Audit SupportLead for Progress Payment To Supplier Accounting and Revenue Recognition and monthly reconciliationsSupport for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Billing and Collection forecastingProcess and maintain general ledger, Reconcile monthly Projects to General LedgerAssist in documenting and updating accounting policies.

Analyze processes and proceduresCoordinates, resolves, and ensures financial compliance with government agenciesYour Expertise:Bachelor Science, Major Accounting /Finance3-5 years’ experience in Public Accounting or in a Finance/ Accounting departmentCPA, optional but preferredMBA, optionalAdvanced Excel (v-look up, pivot tables, macros) & Power Point skillsData Analytics/Modeling skillsOracle ERP knowledge General Ledger and Project a plusGovernment compliance a plus (FAR, DFAR & CAS)Experiencein an engineering / manufacturing environmentMust be US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearanceTravel:Approximately 5% or less (primarily for training purposes) This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.E.

the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
