Senior FP& A AnalystJob Description:The Senior FP& A Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining a rolling forecast model of liquidity and lender covenant compliance, preparation of the monthly financial reporting package with analysis, coordinate the annual budget and reforecast process, and as required, work on cross functional and organizational projects that enhance the performance of company.Job Responsibilities:Prepare timely and accurate reports and variance analysis as part of the monthly management reporting processSetup and maintain all templates and worksheets for the Budget and Forecast ModelsProvide comprehensive understanding, analysis, and reporting of Working CapitalAdminister database information and develop effective queries to mine dataResponsible for updating and analyzing Historical Trends and Annual updates to identify trends and driversOrganize and coordinate the annual budget and reforecast processSupporting process improvements and system implementationsUndertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationAt least 2+ years of progressive financial analysis experience and exposure to operations in a manufacturing environment.Experience preparing variance analysis and financial forecastsStrong Excel (e.G.

pivot tables, V lookup, macros, data extraction) and PowerPoint skillsExperience with an ERP software with a data warehouse (Sage and SEI preferable)Attention to details with a focus on accuracyProven ability to effectively and proactively organize, analyze, and present data with solutionsAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationCapability to work effectively in a deadline intensive environment (must be able to multi-task).Proven leadership capability.Strong communications skills.Multi-currency and international accounting experience.Some travel may be required.#CFS2021
