Overview
OVERVIEW:
The Controller will provide financial control for LafargeHolcim US ACM (Aggregate Construction Materials) Mid-America regional business. Support the regional management structure by providing clear and accurate financial results and analysis to enable the local management to make informed financial decisions and plans, while also ensuring compliance with company and statutory financial guidelines.

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS
Highly visible role within regional business providing financial support to regional senior management team. Acts as deputy to GM at times, confidant to GM. Finance & Controlling covers all areas of the business and therefore need to interact with all aspects of the regional business. Close liaison with Regional & Corporate Finance teams. Potentially sole finance person in regional office so needs to be able to work under own initiative with limited supervision.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required Education: Bachelor’s/Undergraduate Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Required Work Experience: 3-5 years
Travel Requirements: less than 20%, position is based within market area. Travel required to local operations to assist business. Some travel required for meetings or training.
Required Computer and Software Skills: MS Office, Google suite, SAP, BPC
