Controller

• Oversee all accounting functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR and some payroll functions.
• Maintain monthly recurring journal entries, general ledger management and reconciliations.
• Cash flow management analysis.
• Analysis and forecasting of company budget and expenses.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual review of balance sheet and income statement.
• Job cost review and assist project management staff with analysis and adjustments.
• Work closely with department managers to develop a strategic plan and identify potential risks.
• Assist with internal projects as required by the CEO.
• Prepare reports and information for outside CPA firm.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Should have 5+ years’ experience as Accounting Manager or Controller
• Knowledge of WIP, job costing and accrual accounting
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Pay is up to $125K
