Great opportunity with a well-established and growing company in the Birmingham area We are currently assisting one of our construction clients in their search for an experienced Accounting Professional.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position): Supervise and participate in the day-to-day accounting function Maintain internal accounting controls and promote process improvement initiatives Prepare monthly financial statement packages and distribute to management Maintain monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements Prepare daily cash position reports to assist management in weekly cash projections What you’ll need to be considered (requirements): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 10 years of full cycle hands on accounting experience Construction or manufacturing accounting preferred ERP system experience strongly prefrred
