Controller

• Needs to have:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting
  • CPA Required
  • 10+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience is necessary
  • Strong FP&A skills – Will be expected to lead annual budget process for business unit: Revenue, Cost of Sales (Labor & Materials), SG&A and Income
  • Will manage 2 direct reports (Accounting Supervisor and Assistant Controller) and have 12 indirect reports, STRONG LEADERSHIP skills
    • Proven leader of direct reports and experienced in training and development of staff (robust performance management duties/expectations)
  • Prior construction experience is great, but not a MUST
  • Manage vendor relationships and Contract Negotiations
