The Controller will be responsible for all financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls in accordance with generally accepted principles. The Controller will supervise a team of 5-6 employees. Responsibilities include:• Review and maintain the Company’s cost accounting system • Assist senior management decision-making relating to product costing, variances, and contribution analysis• Assist in the preparation of Capital Expenditure plans• Support external audit activities• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis• Evaluate and recommend process improvements and strengthen internal controlsMinimum qualifications: BS in Accounting (CPA or CMA preferred), 7+ years of full cycle accounting experience (manufacturing or construction experience preferred) and ERP system exposure.
