YOUR IMPACT
Are you looking to apply your analytical and creative skills to help our customers advance their financial health?

Marcus by Goldman Sachs is looking for a Product Manager to join the growing Consumer Product team, focused on supporting co-branded credit cards such as Apple Card by Goldman Sachs.

You will work with a cross-functional team, including marketers, engineers and other product managers, to execute the Communications platform roadmap.

You will own work that will power the new features we build to create award-winning experiences for our customers.

You will ensure these features are measurable and deliver significant value to our customers and partners.

You are comfortable working with data, customer-focused and detail-oriented.

You have experience writing product specifications, managing project execution, working with agile teams and driving decision-making across cross-functional groups.

You are a creative thinker, who can hone in on features that will enhance our customer's experience.

How you Will Fulfill your Potential
Own new features in the Cards/Consumer org from concept to execution
Work with a cross-functional team including Marketing, Engineering and external partners to build new capabilities
Write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories
Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development
Collaborate with other product managers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience
Own and drive a product roadmap that meets business goals, achieve key performance indicators and provide a world-class customer experience
Analyze Comms through-put to support business visibility and comms growth forecasting
Qualifications
3-5 years of product management experience with a desire to work in a fast-paced, agile product development environment
Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, AEM (or like tools)
MarTech experience
Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with consumer products/services, with emphasis on credit cards
Experience owning a product roadmap
Experience working on customer-facing communications
