RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Job Description: Full-time role providing administrative support to senior leaders in the Consumer business organization.
This position requires a highly motivated, proactive and organized individual who is able to be flexible in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities Provides administrative support to senior executives in a complex team environment.
Coordinates senior-level internal / external in-person and virtual meetings Handles a high volume of phones calls and interacts with business leaders in a professional and effective manner.
Maintains complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
Coordinates a high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements and processes expense reports.
Responsible for maintaining and tracking office inventory as well as managing office activities in coordination with the team Basic Qualifications Prior experience in administrative type role Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability and confidence to make decisions quickly when needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks Demonstrates high degree of integrity and discretion especially with highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information Self-starter comfortable working independently and in a team environment Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.
