but our greatest investment is in you!The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting, creating, maintaining, and managing the digital marketing initiatives including websites, email marketing and PPC campaigns.
The goal of this position it to increase revenue through lead generation and nurturing strategies.
This includes developing effective database marketing and drip campaigns, paid search, and social programs, managing website content and blogging, and defining metrics and best practices to guide successful campaign implementation.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will coordinate all aspects of marketing CRM system, including database management, administration of campaign development and reporting and analytics.
Work closely with Digital Marketing Strategist and various teams including Marketing, IT, Sales, Digital Innovation and Training, to optimize marketing capabilities.What you’ll do:Optimize effectiveness across digital marketing channels: email, web, social, and search engine marketing.Assisting in the design and function of customer journey campaigns ranging from journey building to email content creation itself.
Create specific campaigns (workflows, messaging, audience, design, call to action, triggers, and deployment) for lead generation (i.E., bridge, rental, First Time Flip, repeat customer, etc.), lead nurture (pre-approval), transactional and post-closing continuity campaigns.A/B Testing for emails and best practices for measuring effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.Identify new innovative ways to drive customer engagement and optimization using dynamic content, A/B testing and other (CRM) marketing best practices to improve campaign performance.Working with appropriate vendors and Digital Marketing Strategist on SEM campaigns and best practices.
Keeping ad designs refreshed on a regular cycle and management of the calendar.Keeping apprised of new and innovative digital marketing mediums for leveraging digital advertisingAssist in creation and management of paid social campaigns.
Developing content calendar for paid campaigns as they align with company messaging, organic posting, and lead nurturing.A/B testing for paid social audiences, messages, designs, etc.
Ensuring effective social media audience targeting amidst more-restrictive fair housing rules and regulations.Assist Digital Marketing Strategist in guiding and training AE’s in nurturing and utilizing digital marketing to drive new business.Manage content on company websites and intranet pages, including creating new pages, changes, additions, etc., on company websites using WordPress and/or content management system.Complete thorough analysis on each campaign.
Report results/numbers accurately and identify market practices and trends and provide monthly digital marketing metrics reporting.Create content relevant to the audience and consumable in digital, text, social and video formats.Build emails, landing pages and lead forms to support prospect engagement and lead nurturing programs.
Ensure creative and mobile optimization, and consistency with branding and compliance guidelines.Build and organize content, structure, and marketing and web collateral including but not limited to: forms, webpages, emails, social ads, digital content, and copy.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, computer science, analytics or a related discipline or equivalent experience.2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing and CRM systems and methodologies.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficient with relational databases.Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite.Basic HTML skills for websites and email creation.Experience reporting on web/digital sales funnel; Skilled with Google analytics and other marketing metrics reporting platforms.Mortgage, Real Estate, or financial services experience desirable.Strong balance between creative and analytical capability.Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information and provide actionable solutions.Experience developing database marketing capabilities in a large enterprise CRM environment from marketing campaign development and implementation, through analysis and reporting.Understanding of mortgage loan/sales pipelines, customer journey, CRM methodologies and applicable marketing best practices.Strong knowledge of CRM, email and marketing automation frameworks, methodologies, and tools.Experience creating customer profiles and personas, turning that knowledge into actionable marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement and conversion.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detailed data.Thrive in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability and time management.Strong organization, prioritization and analytical skills.Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable customer service to clients, internal and external.Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.What’s in it for you?We have a strong focus on going above and beyond when it comes to caring for our team members and our communities.
